Biography

A partner at Davidov Law Group, P.C., Michael Davidov focuses on providing a holistic approach to protecting his client’s financial and non-financial wealth. As both an estate planning attorney and Certified Financial Planner™, Michael serves as a trusted advisor to his clients, providing both legal and financial counsel.

Michael Davidov has been recognized several times for his legal abilities and accomplishments over the course of his career. He was named a NY Metro Super Lawyers® honoree in Estate Planning and Probate Law in 2021 and 2022 as well as a Rising Star in the New York Metro Area in the years 2013-2016.

Locally, Michael was honored as a “King of Queens” by the Queens Courier, a weekly community newspaper. He has been quoted in several publications, including the New York Times, on issues relating to estate planning and elder law. In 2015, Michael published a book about estate planning with his wife and law firm partner, Ilana Davidov.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from the CUNY School of Law where he was a member of the New York City Law Review and Elder Law Clinic, as well as a teaching assistant to the trial practice professor. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University and attended Pace University’s CFP® program where he earned his Certified Financial Planning™ Professional designation.

When he is not working, Michael enjoys spending time with Ilana and their four children. His hobbies include traveling, real estate development, and the outdoors.
