Audrey Bernhardt is an attorney with considerable experience in areas of elder law including trust & estate administration, and probate.

Audrey is admitted to practice in New York State. She earned her J.D. at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University and graduated cum laude, in political science from Boston University.

Audrey is a member of both the Special Needs section and the Trust and Estates section of the New York Bar Association. She is also part of the Nassau County section of the New York Women’s Bar Association.

An educator at heart, Audrey tries to demystify the law for clients.

When away from the office, Audrey practices and teaches Yoga, knits, and enjoys time with her family.
